I've tried so many postpartum and pregnancy workout programs. Your list includes most of my favorites, but also adding in Mother Strong. She has quick 15 minute classes that are easy to fit in and the Nourish Move Love postpartum classes which are free and on YouTube.
Yes I did! The classes were challenging but I just didn’t love them as much as others. They were very fast paced and generally longer classes. Someday I might try them again when I have more time to workout. Plus if I remember correctly, it’s more expensive than most other programs.
Thanks for the recs! Walking is so underrated—yet it’s one of the simplest, most powerful ways to clear your mind, move your body, and reconnect with yourself. Love doing it outdoor.

Yes I remember your list! Thanks for adding these -- so helpful. Have you tried Nancy Anderson / Natal? I've been seeing her on IG

'The Bump Plan' has TCC, pregnancy and postpartum workouts which I can vouch for! Just trying to find the time to do them is so hard!
Thanks for the recs!! I totally am with you that the motivation is sometimes hard to come by
Absolutely GENIUS hacks for applying sunscreen to a toddler! My daughter would love the unicorn snot method, too 😂
Thank you Elin!! I haven’t ventured into unicorn snot terrain yet either, but I feel like it would be a crowd pleaser 🦄 😂

Totally agree!! Walking is such a game changer
